I had bought a care home through auction which was let through Spectra. I found the agents very professional in advertising, negotiating, leasing and prompt in paying rent into the account. I could not have struck such a deal with out their expertise. I found them very easy to approach and kept me updated through out the process. I genuinely felt as if my interests were personal interest of the agents. Above all qualities, the one I commend the most is the honesty and openness of Mr Singh, never through the whole time did I ever doubt his sincerity with me and my interests. This quality was a key in striking the deal and both parties had complete faith and trust in his recommendations, which led to an excellent result.
