At Spectra, we understand reliability and communication is very important for tenants looking for a property. This is why we work tirelessly to ensure our methods of communication are focused around you, the tenant. Our customer service team and bespoke communication service systems enables tenants to stay up-to-date with the status of their property application. We provide live email and text alerts to all situated tenants. Our customer service and management system provides all tenants the freedom to liaise and engage with us at any given time.
To increase agency and tenant communication, we also liaise with property Landlords on behalf of our tenants to reduce any possible disputes arising between parties.

We also welcome additional information from tenants on inventory inspection to ensure your stay with us is as enjoyable as possible.
We use deposit protection schemes to guarantee all tenants depositary finances are protected throughout their stay in any Spectra property. For further protection, we also insure all financial deposits, for your peace-of-mind.

Spectra has always been a low tenant fee agency but the good news for you is that now there is £0 application fees.
Convenience
Our process is now mostly online. Tenants complete applications via our online application, pay directly into the bank by standing orders and online transactions, sign electronic tenancies. This has eliminated a lot of running around by the tenants. The whole process is very easy and transparent.
